Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do with VidLuma. It applies to all prompts, uploaded assets, generated outputs, account activity, and API or product usage.

1. Allowed use

You may use VidLuma to create lawful video content for personal, editorial, educational, or commercial projects, subject to your plan limits and these rules.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Sexual content involving minors or exploitative sexual content.
• Violence, abuse, terror promotion, or instructions for harm.
• Harassment, hate, or content targeting protected groups.
• Impersonation, scams, fake endorsements, or misleading claims.
• IP infringement or use of content you do not have rights to use.
• Malware, spam, scraping abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.

3. AI safety and moderation

VidLuma screens prompts before they are sent to generation models. We may block, limit, review, or remove requests that violate our policies or payment partner requirements.

4. Enforcement

We may refuse generation, suspend access, cancel purchases, remove content, or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Brand and model disclosures

VidLuma is an independent product. References to third-party model or provider names describe compatibility or integrations only and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
